I will soon be announcing dates for group workshops at a number of venues throughout N. Ireland. These will be focused around self-hypnosis, and will allow those attending to experience and utilise this state to their own advantage. Places will be limited and group sizes kept small, so that everyone can receive maximum benefit from these unique workshops.
Self-hypnosis is often used to modify behaviour, emotions and attitudes. It is a very natural state of mind and can benefit all kinds of conditions including stress, anxiety and depression. Many people use self-hypnosis to help deal with the problems of everyday living. Self-hypnosis can boost confidence and even help people develop new skills. It can also be used to help overcome habits such as smoking and overeating. Sports men/women can enhance their athletic performance with self-hypnosis, and people suffering from physical pain or stress-related illnesses also find it helpful in managing their condition.
Hypnosis is serious therapeutic tool that can help people overcome many psychological, emotional and even some physical problems. It is not mind-control, brain-washing, sleep, unconsciousness or a peculiar, altered or mystical state. When in hypnosis a person is aware, in control and can come out of hypnosis when he/she wishes to. It is a natural state in which no harm can come.
